Yeah, unfortunately for you guys, despite being born in the 90s, I never got ahold of any of those games that you're talking about. The first real game I ever played was Runescape and that was in 2008.

 

The reason I say it's a "real" game is because it's the first game that caused legitimate lag on the computer I would use to play it on.

 

Every game I ever play has never been a console game. It's always the kind you play on a computer, and it's always the kind that always caused lag.

 

Examples:

 

- Zoo Tycoon 2

- Simcity 4

- Minecraft

- FATE

Oh well, time to try to find if there is any emulator out there. I can still remember playing this with my dad, we tried our best to get through the level with as little as possible picking up crates.

so the other day i found a twilight sparkle mcdonalds toy on the side of the road...this thing looks like not only was it run over, its also missing a front leg and someone tried and failed to tear off the other one.

so I am gonna repaint her, remake the leg and stick her up with the others

The reason I say it's a "real" game is because it's the first game that caused legitimate lag on the computer I would use to play it on.

 

Every game I ever play has never been a console game. It's always the kind you play on a computer, and it's always the kind that always caused lag.

 

Just download an emulator. Those games shouldn't cause any kind of lag at all cause their size is crazily small. You can even use computer controls which you can set up how you like!

Shame I didn't actually start in Classic and only got to experience its amazingness thanks to Jagex opening it back up for about a week or two.

I only did it a little since I didn't know about it until my friends showed me RS2, but holy crap it was a lot harder than the newer one.

I could see how it was pretty fun, though. I actually liked it for some reason even though it was click to do everything. Literally.

You could have experienced it about a year ago when it was re opened if you had a membership at the time. I say you didn't miss too much but some history of a pretty decent game (freaking amazing imho).

But...isn't Simcity for the computer? Why would you need an emulator for that?

I mean't for old classic nintendo games and whatnot.
