It was pretty exhausting, yeah. Doesn't help that I walk about 2 miles back and forward to the place every day

Having to do a ton of preparation for applying to uni.

 

Too much walking. Acquire a bike or something. No car or anything to use? The walking seems like it would be more bothersome than the actual work...

 

What exactly is uni?

I've heard it a couple of times, but I have no idea about it at all.

I might just tape the front of my current helmet up a bit. It's not split, but it just looks like crap.

Aah, makes sense. Though, I never actually wear helmets when I ride. Which has been a long time since I've done that.

All I can say is "wear one", for an obvious reason.

The crappy cheap helmets tend to be a bit uncomfortable and itchy, so I can kinda understand why you decide not to wear one

The way the education system works in England is Primary School > Secondary School > College > University, so in a way university is the best place to be, though most smart-asses will just skip college and go straight on to uni.

 

I remember when I was about 16, I didn't wanna bother with college or anything else to further my education cos I was pissed off enough with secondary school, and I thought it was just gonna be another spread out chunk of crap with a million different lessons in a 6 hour gap.

Once I actually got into college though, my opinion on everything related to further education changed dramatically. It's SO much better than the boring crap of school life.

If 16 year old Jay could see now, actually wanting to learn, he'd probably think he was looking into a different dimension.

I'm dont think universaties and colleges are separated like that over here. I never hear it like that. Which is why it always sounded odd.

Yeah, it hasn't healed up that great, and the inside of my top lip feels really bumpy cos I cut the inside as well.

I'm using bio-oil at the moment to see if it can actually make it look better, but I'm still gonna have a nasty scar there. D:

I hope it heals up good. It's still quite a fresh scar, so it'll look much worse at the moment.
