Steam community crashed, can't play tf2, must hang on the forums.

 

I can't get on to steam. It says "you are using steam on another user" or something like that.

 

And tf2 is so laggy on my laptop, that I can't play it.

 

It runs sooooooo smooth on my desktop though. (which doesn't work right now )
