Then tell me WHY doesn't it make sense? You think it's an error. IF it wasn't, what would YOU claim it to be?

 

I know it was an error and there's nothing wrong with making up stories about it but for me it's a an error. And I find the fandom hilarious when it makes up reasons why Celestia's hair was pink in that scene but is not in the rest.

I don't want to make made up stuff attached to made up stuff because ponies.

Well, imma go to sleep. Another day I say "I'll write the next chapter of my story!"...and epically distract myself from it. When will I learn that when I say "I'll do X" I never end up doing it...(sigh), anyway, goodnight everypony (or whatever the time is) .

She only made it night for a couple extra hours, big whoop.

The only thing related to her that bothers me and rustles my jimmies is in episode one about 4 and a half minutes in I think. When Twilight is researching her. Twilight walks across the room and the statue of a soldier crosses paths with a giant hourglass and turns into Nightmare Moon staring directly at you. Goes back to a statue afterwards.

 

I've never noticed that ever until ~ds8~ pointed it out to me.

Depends on your definition of "frightening". It just really really caught me off guard as I've seen all 52 episodes 3 times and caught it once when pointed out.

 

More really weird than frightening.

Same here, man. They really went all out on this generation. I need to go on a hunt of all references and Easter eggs. See if I can find any I haven't heard of thanks to other fans.
