so. audio engineering class was tons of fun today. i finished the drum track today, and recorded some ominous basslines with a wonderful instrument. i must find a use for that bassline at some point in life.

i couldn't get my pictures from the camera because the teacher left it at home, so i'll hafta wait for it tomorrow. i felt kinda stressed at math today and the school counselor wasn't in to talk, unfortunately, i managed the class anyway, though. unsure what to do against these feels. i have the number for a psychologist, but i don't know what i should tell her at all.

finally, i got a nice, classic Swedish record from a progg group that was huge during the 70s-80s era, i think. good condition, too, plus it come with an almost like new booklet with lyrics and chords inside the sleeve. sweet.

 

oh yeah, i've been really into nu-metal recently, as well.

school designed to cater to the interests of the student, as well as being designed to take in students that has special needs that need to be taken in account of. in my case i have autism, for example.

haha it's ok you forgot about it. no worries. and i'm unsure what you mean there. you mean that if it's only for special needs or if it's prepared for both special needs and regular students? if so, it's only for special needs AFAIK.

That was exactly what I meant, thank for answering, and also wait, I'm confused...isn't there a lot of types of autism or being not exactly social is sort of a common trait of it? (why do I feel horrible asking that? Ah..I know...because it makes me look like a friggin scientist instead of a normal person...)

AFAIK, there's autism and aspergers, both part of the autistic spectrum disorder. i'm not sure what all the symptoms of autism are, but from experience i have trouble doing things such as eye contact, speaking up, feeling self-conscious about myself, and at times getting too many different impressions all at once, causing my mind to sorta 'overload' and i become incredibly defensive and unable to respond accordingly to. that's a rare occurence though, but it does happen.

Oh...um, thanks for the explanation . And to be honest, I didn't realize you were autistic as well. Do you, you know, have trouble being outside, socially speaking or it doesn't affect you THAT much? (I ask out of concern ).

not really having any trouble being outside unless i am subjecting myself outside of my area of comfort. but yes, i have trouble socializing. have been that way my whole life.
