Repetition is the key.

And content that is not relevant to having, creating or participating into/to a/an discussion.

 

That, and by case by case basis.

For example, attention seeking is spamming as well. And multitude of other things.

 

Generally, good grammar post with more than 4 sentences that is relevant to SOMETHING being discussed OR that is aimed to start a discussion is NOT spam.
