The optimal time should be just before puberty hit, but in my opinion somewhere between 8-16 years old should be good enough for a pony to get the Cutie Mark.

Right now other six ponies have arrived. Five are already in their rooms, and Arcanel is currently in front of the lobby. The receptionist is an excitable cyan unicorn colt. I guess that's all for now, other details will have to wait until everything moves forward.
