it's John Romero, one of the main driving points behind the creation of Doom. what the Icon is saying is "To win the game, you must kill me: John Romero". however, it's been played backwards, so it sounds like something else.

also, if you've ever noclipped inside the brain of Icon of Sin, John Romero's head on a stick is inside there. :3

If your stomach is hurting try drinking some gatorade/powerade or ginger ale. That usually helps me out if my stomach is upset etc.

try something non-carbonated like ice tea, normal tea, milk or water (milk will probably work best, as it is known to aid any stomach pains due to some complicated chemical formula which I won't go into right now)
