in that case, maybe more D-vitamin from something? i mean, i'm taking multivitamin pills, but is that enough?

I really don't know, unfortunately; if I find something out, you'll be the first to know

i was actually depressed back in autumn 2010 thru January 2011

notice, no summer months, maybe my theory wasn't that far-fetched; I still may be wrong though

then i'll just continue taking multivitamins and hope that spring comes soon.

well, that's true i suppose. but i felt useless last summer, too, because i wasn't really doing anything productively.

well, maybe that's the answer, more fun activities, more MLP maybe, or just anything that you find fun to partake in; noticed you like creating music, and that's awesome, that might also take your mind off of feeling bad

err, well, not really. you see, i've always been kind of negative, mostly about myself and what i do. so when i do something like music, and it doesn't go how i want it to, i just go "well fuck this shit" and feel bad.

wow, you really remind me of myself; I too think very poorly about myself and also the place I'm from and, just like you said, when I make something and it doesn't turn out as I expected it to be (and it often doesn't) I tend to feel as bad as one can feel, but what I do is I quickly turn to things I love like music, friends, MLP and cartoons in general, riding my bicycle, walking in the park, even reading some passage of a book I love instantly cheers me up again, therefore I'm never gloomy for a long period of time, you know?

i'm kind of weird the way i seek attention, though. i don't want to give out too much information about how i feel, because i'm really awkward about how i am feeling, so i try to make my point across with vague words and statements, in hope that someone will get what i mean. and THEN i tell what's going on. and when i don't get responses, or get some responses that are nonchalant or just people that don't get what i mean, well, i just feel like no one really cared about me at all, anyway.

that's actually not as weird as you may think; but that's also why one needs friends, you know? hanging out with friends actually does make one feel that they care about them

Cashew nuts are yummy. I wish I had some :c

dunno what they are but if you say they're yummy, I believe you XD

well?

online friends are friends nevertheless, but they're harder to put your trust in, as you can't chat with them eye to eye; I find that, when I'm with my friends, I do feel that they care for me, because I trust them and I tell them stuff; with online friends, that's a little harder as the eye-to-eye contact is important, at least to my mind; however, I do have many online friends whom I share my feelings with and they make me feel better when I'm at some low simply by chatting with me, so it's not impossible to fully trust your friends, even if they're miles away...

any kind of small nuts are delicious, i tell you.

well, i'm a lot more selective when it comes to trusting people online, so i guess i have an advantage with that when it comes to bonding (hell the first friend i ever made became my bf with time). but IRL i'm kind of shy and awkward, thus i don't have any friends to rely on there.

I know what you mean, I also used to be really shy some years ago, and I mean Fluttershy kinda shy, until I simply changed; dunno why, but I became more confident in myself and that's when I started making friends and my life changed for the better

i doubt i'm just going to change like that, though. i've already changed enough with the fact that i am talking to people and not being alone, but i dunno if i can apply that to real life.

you just have to be more confident about yourself, that's all

but i'm not confident, i'm just a little Fluttershy. :c

aah, but you see, while it's true that Fluttershy is really shy around ponies and finds it hard to make friends, she has loads of friends of different species, as she takes care of many animals; I think it was the Hurricane episode that showed Fluttershy trusted her little animal friends and they really did help her out in becoming more confident to help out with the water extraction

but i don't particularly care for making friends in school, though. the nice people in there aren't going in my class, and i feel awkward talking to them.

the point I was making with Fluttershy having many animal friends is that one can make a lot of friends even if they aren't human; for example, do you like cats? there's an old saying here that goes like "if you want to live to be 100, get a cat"; this can apply to pretty much any animal, but it is especiall true when it comes to cats; they have a way of calming you, even when you're at your lowest;

see, I do have two cats, and I know that petting a cat brings a very warm feeling and helps you be at peace; it also calms the mind, so you can find any answer you're looking for quickly; therefore, another recommendation is to have a pet, preferably a cat, but many pets will do
