It's a GIF. I was inspired by others. A rotator only rotates when you refresh a page.

you really shouldn't take what people say to heart, you know? many of the people on the internet are aware that they're protected and nobody can find out who they are, so they say all kinds of things simply to hurt others, it makes them feel special, I guess; those types of people are already lost causes so you shouldn't really mind them so much; try saying to yourself "it's only words and words can't hurt me"

And also, he's more than likely just using a racist term to get under your skin. Being a hater doesn't just make you racist right off the bat.

Just because he hates bronies, does not make him racist. A lot of people use racial slurs just to attack someone if they can without actually being racist themselves.
