I was considering getting a tablet because I now know how restrictive it is to have a laptop, but then I'm so used to the convenience of Windows...

 Windows tablets exist, ya know. And I'm not talking about Windows RT tablets, oh no. I'm talking tablets running Windows on an x86 processor from Intel or AMD.

Alright, but I really wanna get a hybrid laptop-tablet computer; you know, the ones where you snap off the keyboard-y half of the computer and the monitor-y half becomes the tablet. I'd have to inquire with my local stores for that, AKA, bug my folks to bring me over there because both parties involved have legitimate reasons to go there.

I have an Asus Transformer Book T100. It's $350 for 32GB and $400 for 64GB, and both come with a free keyboard dock in the box. Dock has no battery, there's no rear-facing camera and the back is covered in glossy plastic though. Dock has a full-size USB port though.

If I do switch over to a tablet, it means I can no longer play Minecraft on one of my subordinate computers, but then I wouldn't need to because I'll have built a computer for my brother.

Maybe I need to play Minecraft on my laptop again just to see how well it'd fair. (Not that I need to play Minecraft on the go, but my little brother always wants to use my computer because it's powerful enough to play Minecraft without lag. (Hey, it's a general purpose and light gaming computer. Besides, I need all the extra juice to run all my other programs, the main reason I veered away from laptops for general purpose in the first place.)

I need to lose weight and I have a bad habbit of being snacker.

Especially when I get bored :(

I've never understood what it's like to have to loose weight. I've been anemic and thin my whole life so I'm actually trying to gain weight. Everybody is all like, wow you're so lucky to be thin! When the reality is my body retains little to no nutrition and I end up eating the entirety of The Old Country Buffett (Is that a Wisconsin only place?) and walking away even thinner. My weight comes from my height and that is it.

I've never understood what it's like to have to loose weight. I've been anemic and thin my whole life so I'm actually trying to gain weight.

I don't know what to comment about that except say that your metabolism is a bit... Obscure...? (I know I need more exercise than what I usually get, and I find it hard to eat large volumes of food, anyway...)
