I think I got the jittering fixed now. Also, there's something special that I have that makes me move around really fast. (I also kill some innocent fairies.)

Which is your favorite biome to settle in Minecraft?

I'm trying to pick an area to create a settlement and I'm not sure where to do it.

I prefer an area that's relatively flat or has a really big cave to settle in to. I also prefer being near a big mountain that has lots of snow on it. If nothing else, just find a random cave or carve one out.

I try to do more 'productive' things I can't play most games more than 20 minutes. But there are a few exceptions

Equivalent Exchange has a high rate of progression; you can log all your materials into a transmutation table to turn it all into diamonds and be able to revert back whenever you like. This allowed me to quickly make high-tier items.

No, like turn everything you get: iron, gold, lapis, etc. into diamonds and use those diamonds to create rings that let you fly.
