planning My Little Amnesia:Dark Decent Into The Everfree

Hey Everypony!


 


So most of us know what Amnesia is..if you don't it's a psychological horror game that forces players into a situation where they have NO way to defend themselves, and forces them to run and hide at all times when facing enemies.


 


This world also has a rather interesting Lore to it, sooooooooo Im planning this RP slightly based on a similar idea of Amnesia, here is a quick Brief of the setting...

The Everfree forest, a place of mystery,danger and darkness. Nopony goes there, nopony dares go deep within the dark,dank forest, filled with unspeakable horror's and creatures willing to rip you apart for no reason.


 


Everypony who has been stupid enough to enter, has risked their lives, many who try to trek deep into the heart of the Everfree, never return.


 


But why?


 


What has made the everfree into such a desolate and feared place?


What could possibly have caused this once beautiful forest to turn into a place of evil and death?


 


Well, seven ponies want to find out an answer to this......


Seven ponies willing to risk their lives to enter the Everfree and discover what has caused all this mystery and darkness that shrouds a once beautiiful location.


 


Will they ever return?

This will be a rather mature RP, and it will be advanced...Players must have some expereince with RP's and some writing skills, Im not asking for a bunch of Sir Conan Doyle's, just ponies with fairly good writing skills.


 


And this RP isn't really about killing ponies, NONE of your OC's will die, this is a PSYCHOLOGICAL Thriller-esque style RP.... so the worst that will happen is you go crazy x)

Well I'm a huge fan of Lovecraftian horror so I'd be willing to help you with the story, I'm rather hesitant to sing up though since it's an advanced roleplay (Only because of the increased character limit). But I guess I'll give it a shot if you will have me.

Your accepted too, and no, at the beginning each of your OC's has answered a letter thats requesting ponies to help with an expedition into the everfree in which lots of bits are involved..

You're accepted, just make sure you have a valid reason as to why Forest would respond to a call for ponies wanting to go into the everfree....

 

 

And guys make sure you ALL have a valid reason as to why your OC's are doing this. What has happened is that Drop Forge, sent out a sort of advertisment for ponies willing to accompany him into the everfree, those who are willing to accompany him will recieve a large payment at the end of the journey, so whether you join for bits or adventure, its up to you, just make sure its valid.

What do you mean by valid reason? Do you mean we send you a message explaining how are oc got rope up in all of this or what?

No I mean...Drop Forge will be offering money to all the ponies who accompany him on this journey, but is your pony in it for the money or adventure, thats what I mean by valid reason, you cant just be coming because you felt like it.

 

I understand that we need a good reason to go into the everfree with our oc. What exactly will we be doing throughout the rp once were in the everfree forest.

At the beginning it will simply be a trip to the centre of the forest, after a little while things will pick up...events will start happening which will force the group to run,hide and some times split up. I'll be kick starting most of these events, and how you react is up to you.
