At 5:40 I walk out, carrying my older brother's trumpet.  He died seven years ago and never got to graduate.  He and I shared a love of music, this was my way of honoring him tonight.  I took him with me.  As I blew out the candle, I could feel him right next to me.  And as I walked through to the back, I lost it and began sobbing.
