request I need something vectored

I am not very good with vectoring things, and it would be helpful if someone could vector this image for me. I find a colored digital image to be more pleasing to the eye at time. This lovely piece of art was drawn by the wonderful @PinkieShyFlutterPie.

 

 

And here are the color pallets you will be needing.

 

Lapis is the stallion, and Asteria is the filly. It would probably help to look at their individual character profiles, links found in signature, to get an idea of how the colors should be applied.
