Well, he can fix things and cars, and he IS a gamer. But the mark isn't meant to be taken so literally, although that does make it have a double meaning. A wrench can represent fixing things, which he does, like computers. But he works at a place doing customer service/support about TVs and technical stuff, talking to people over the phone. That's what the headset is for. So the headset and wrench together represent talking to people and fixing their problems. Hey!
