I know I'm probably gonna rage from this, but if you can't love, at least tolerate me... I hate regular show. One of the main reasons being the humor. Its. Not. Funny. Everyone I know who watches it talks about how unbelievably funny it is, I watched the whole first season and it was mediocre at best. And the other reason is that it can get annoying, they reuse so many jokes and it gets old fast. I also dislike annoying orange and a few others, but regular show is on the top of the list.

aaaaallllrighty then, being a kman who grew up in the most awesome time for cartoons (the 90's) i have developed a certain taste for animation. so here is my top 5 worst cartoons and why!

 

number 5 Ben 10 Omniverse

while i did enjoy the original ben 10 and it's spinoffs up to ultimate alien, i can say without a dought that omniverse is the worst version of ben 10 ever. the animation is terrible and looks way too blocky, the story is just stupid and the characters are way too bland. plus they really over use the mis-dialed alien joke (when ben trys to become one alien but instead gets a completely different alien) way too much, like rath in ultimate alien said 'it's not even funny anymore'.

 

the story doesn't actually start off that bad, some alien bounty hunter is using a opposite omnidrix to hunt down and destroy ben, meanwhile gwen and kevin are leaving ben and he has to work with a new partner, Rook. see that actually sound like a good begining for a new story but unfortunatly they really failed with the preformance and later in the season the story just gets worse.

 

the animation is just terrible, when you look at the original ben 10 you can see the animation is just horrible. i mean seriously what in celestias name where they thinking when they decided to redesign all the characters and aliens. and as if to make things even worse, they actually have an episode where ben turns into alien x and recreates then universe.

 

to sum up this version of the show sucks.

I don't really watch any cartoon on TV right now, with the exception of MLP.

 

As others have said, most of Nickelodeon's shows have gone severely sour over the years and their new stuff is scarcely watchable. I never liked any of Disney's programming, I always felt like I was being yelled at any time I watched that channel.

 

None of the Hub's other programmes catch my eye (with the obvious exception of MLP), though I've been meaning to try the new Transformers cartoon that's been airing (I used to be a HUGE Transformers fan).

 

Cartoon Network's shows mostly all range from 'meh' to 'shoot me now' for me. Adventure Time and Flapjack are OK-ish but not nearly interesting enough to keep me watching more than a few seconds.

 

Adult Swim is kind of a mixed bag for me. There's still some stuff on there I like (Venture Bros. is pretty good, to name one), but I've largely become tired of "adult" humour. Some of the jokes are still clever, but there's only so many jokes about sex/drugs/racism/cursing I can watch before it all becomes repetitive and boring. Shock humour as a whole just leaves me rolling my eyes.

 

It sounds strange, but I actually feel more mature watching a kids' show like MLP than when I watch some of the so-called "adult" cartoons.

I can understand this and see where where you are coming from with this. The reason Regular Show can get annoying is because that show makes mountains out of molehills in all of the episodes (check out dat grammar!)

Seth Macfarlane just writes whatever the hell he wants and gets away with it, because he adds humor to it. He makes fun of Jews and Autistic people all the time and it pisses me off.

 

Eh. He just makes fun of everyone and everything. I don't think he actually takes his job seriously. I honestly think he just gets high and writes down everything that he thinks of. And then puts it up on a wall, throws darts at it, and uses whatever ideas the darts hit.

Ben 10. They cancel Green Lantern The Animated Series and Young Justice but they keep Ben freakin' ten. All of my rage goes into that.

The previous series were awesome, even though Ultimate Alien declined somewhat. The new series is just ... horrible.

 

Honestly I hate the majority of shows other than FiM and ones that don't air anymore.  So many of them please the kids now, but the stuff they produce is bad. Really bad.

 

And don't even get me started on Adventure Time.

Number 4 Fred and the annoying orange

 

i'm listing these two together because their both equally as bad. at this point i think the executives at cartoon network and nicklodeon are about as smart as the people at the fox network

 

first off, neither of these shows are funny. one show is a idiotic boy talking in an annoyingly high pitched voice and the other is someone green screening there face onto a piece of fruit and saying the same thing over and over and over again. HOW DO PEOPLE FIND THIS BUCKING FUNNY IN THE SLIGHTEST!

 

you know what i think these networks wanted to make these shows because they were cheap, that's it! they obviously don't care about good character deleopment or story, nope they just want to make shows as cheap as possible. which i wouldn't mind execpt they picked the two most annoying guys on the internet.

 

if you said to me, pick one of these shows to watch a whole season of or kill someone, people had better start running.

Number 3 The amazing world of gumball

 

talk about a clusterbuck of animation. they literaly try every animation technique under the sun and try to pass it off as a good show, but (big shocker) it's not a good show. with a show with as much animation as these show has the jokes in it are suprisingly boring and dull.

 

it's mainly all the different animation that makes this show fail so much, there simply too much to focus on. it's like this show was trying to be a strange and random but unded up being too strange and random. if your going to make a show like that you should only have 1-3 different animation styles max.

 

there is no real story other than loosely following a 2-d cat and his family as he goes through school. ¬.¬ gee that doesn't sound familer at all does it. really this show should of died during production so we whouldn't of had to have seen that mess.

Number 2 Teen Titans Go

 

this is pretty much how every teen titans comic fan saw the original teen titans cartoon. this spinoff of the original teen titans is by far THE. WORST. POSSIBLE. THING........to happen to the teen titans fanchise. the creator of this show clearly didn't do his research properly, otherwise he would have know that the character are way more develop then he makes them out to be.

 

this show is clearly trying to be what teen titans never was, a comedy sketch show *facehoof*. every episode so far has basically been a what if episode, what if all the teen titans went to find a legendary sandwich? what if robin had to get a drivers licence? (even though he can clearly drive a motorcycle)

 

i think by far the worst episode (so far) has been the episode where Trigon (raven's dad and all round evil guy) comes to the tower to visit raven. first off, none of the characters even accoknoleged the fact that they had fought trigon before and were actually suprised to learn of ravens conecction to him (urge to kill, rising), second throughout the episode they actually try to get raven to accept her demonic side just so they can get things from her when shes all powerful. ggggrrrrrrrr one moment please! *watches some mlp* okay, i'm good now.

 

if you haven't seen this show yet, avoid it like it was equestria girls! just kidding but seriously, avoid it.

this show is the worst animated thing i have ever seen. it's stupid, it's random and just downright idiotic. i will say that most of the character designs are actually quite creative but the personallities of these characters are terrible. the 'humour' of these show is pretty stupid as well. i mean come on, one of the episodes is about finn being turned into a body part, that's not funny. that's stupid. 

 

from what i understand via other internet reviews of this show is that most of it's popularity comes from the feeling of nostalgia it brings. not in the tradinoal sense like some on watching their favourite tv show from when they were a kid but more in the sense that finn is acting like some people did when they were children. still doesn't excuse the humour though. i'm just saying that's why it's kinda popular.

 

the animation is by far the worst part, granted i've seen a couple of clips where it's actually almost decent but mostly it just looks like a child's drawings come to life. it's go almost no depth and really bland settings. it's kinda like the show was trying to be ren and stimpy but failed epically.

Lucas Cruikshank.

That name alone was enough to make me turn away.

That is an unfunny piece of shit, and I don't know how it got so popular.

Also, we already had a badass show about an alien trying to blend in with humans. So that he could take over Earth. It was called Invader Zim. And it was amazing.

Lets see where do I start? Family Guy I like it at first when I was younger, but now it is just awful. It is pretty much references to other things by flashbacks. Example: Remember that time when we... (insert stupid quick animation here.) Don't get me started on The Cleveland Show it isn't just a carbon copy of Family Guy, it is Family Guy. American Dad is still watchable I catch an episode every month or so. Futurama watchable, but somewhat stupid at points. Adventure Time is not watchable same with Regular Show. Annoying Orange I haven't watched an episode of it, because I already knew it would be terrible. (Someone told me that show features PewDiePie.) I know there are probably Anime fans here so I am not going into that category whatsoever. (It wouldn't be pretty.) I am getting to the bottom of the barrel now. Unamazing world of shitball, and Ben 10 Crapniverse. Well thats it for right now I might have a few later, but here you go enjoy.

Either rebrand or quit, because obviously these networks need a lot of help. They actually used to have good shows like iCarly, Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends, heck, I even watched Phineas and Ferb every now and then.
