It's not done in my eyes but I just wanted to get some feedback on this. 

A ponified Ordinator from Morrowind holding an Ebony staff. Which happens to be my favorite weapon.

Anyways if you could Give me your opinion and anything that might improve the design that would be very much appreciated.

Pretty good, maybe add some greaves on the legs and slim him/her down a bit around the waist. Possibly add some details to the helmet/haircrest. Would love to see this coloured.

I'd say it looks really good! My one piece of advice is for when you colour it, remember to shade accurately so as to give the picture depth
