Mystical smiled and nodded.  Then she turned away and went over to Somber's table.  "Hello!" she said with a gentle smile.  She stopped at his table and put down a little pile of blueberries, like she had given to Fiera (who...is here...or not, I'm not sure.  I'm too lazy to read back xD). 

"I know you didn't ask for any, but I got you some nice blueberries."

 

Chamois Vine watched Lionel eating, obviously surprised that they had such things in the small kitchen which she was sure could never be fully stocked.  She reached forward and napped a small piece of his food and then pushed it into her mouth before he could react.  She was curious to what it was exactly, but it surely was delicious.

In fact, she hadn't eaten anything so good in years.

((Fiera went off towards the showers to brush her teeth.))

 

Somber didn't expect for there to be some blueberries for him right at his plate. He turned around, seeing Mystical right behind him. His eyes gave off a somber feeling of sorrow towards her, of course not on purpose. When he tried to speak, his throat seemed to be constraining any noise that would come out of him, coming out close to being inaudible.

"Thank you... Miss Tickle....", he croaked out, grabbing one of the blueberries and beginning to nibble on one of them, bring greeted by the sweet taste of its juice.

Lionheart stood there and watched her. ".... You never eaten chocolate pasta before ? " He was quite surprised but just from her expression it was apparent that she really liked it.

 

"Ehm you can have more if you want. I don't really mind.: He said. He was really eager to eat it but he couldn't just not share it after seeing how much she liked it.

 

He then shivered. The room temperature was finally around the same with the outside world. The heat was closed and the room was as good as freezing. *It colder than I thought.* He thought to himself.

Mystical's face fell for a second when she saw his eyes, but of course she pulled her face right back into a gentle smile.  "Your welcome, Somber.  Enjoy!" she said, turning away with a small wave and then going to get her own breakfast.

 

"Uh...no," she said, a bit awkwardly.  He said it as if it was a popular thing, but she had never heard of it.  She pushed a small bit of it on her plate and then shrugged as if to say 'that's enough'.

She saw him shiver and then lifted her hoof to her mouth and exhaled.  She could actually see her breath.

Chamois blinked and looked around the room, wondering what was up.

"I guess I did... Umm, I j-just don't like being around many ponies at once..., that's why I asked if you wanted to go back to the lobby..."

Sunset pawed at the ground awkwardly, staring at the scars on her forelegs.. Then she heard Shade speak again, and looked up.

"Um, sure, if you want to... Y-you look a little unsure..."

"well... i guess its just because i havent really described how to fly before. all i know is that its easier than it looks... i guess" shade took a step back and took a deep breath. she started flapping her wings and she got a little hover as she did. "its simple really... just need to know how to flap your wings." shade stopped and came back to the ground. "why dont you try?" she suggested.

As Somber watched Mystical walk off from him, he was continuing on eating his blueberries, until he was able to see his breath.... Was the heater down? Though, Somber really didn't seem to mind it... Whenever it came to the cold, Somber never gave two feathers about it.

(this took me way too long sorry :/)

 

 "Well ok. You seem puzzled though. What's on you mind ?" He asked  after seeing her look around.  Not all that much because he truly wondered but for the sake of making some conversation before things turn boring.

 

And suddenly he facehoofed himself. "Of course how could I forgotten." He said to himself mostly raising from his chair. "Excuse me for a bit." He said to Chamoil as he walked over to where Mystical was now sitting.

 

"Miss I forgot to give you this alongside the scroll.." Bringing the coat over with him magic he searched in one of the pockets and pulled out another scroll almost as formal as the previous one and a little gold key. He opens the scroll and on the bottom parts three signatures where  there one of them belonging to himself the other two unknown.. "Sign here." He said pointing at a vaccant space on the bottom part of the scroll saying Legal guardian.. 

 

On closer inspection the scroll wrote.:

Central bank of Equestria.

This authentication paper signifies that both living siblings of the Heart family have aknowledged a legal guardian and authorise permission to the Heart vault. The scroll must be signed from both of the living Heart member as well as The legal guardian/s and the administrator of the central bank of Equesrtia. A golden key will be in the possesion of individual and with the presence of both key and the signed scroll an adult guardian will have permission to open the late Heart's vault.

"I already convinced Leona to sign before my arrival here she wasn't going to need any bits anyway, she is more than fine back at the unicorn academy, but I though I might so I asked her to sign beforehand in case I need it So here. Sign so I can cover up for my expenses. It really is useless to me otherwise since I will make way more by the time I reach the age to open it myself. I am going to capture those that killed them and become the greatest detective equestria has ever seen." He said his eyes shining with determination with each word at the end of his speech.

Chamois opened her mouth to reply when he remembered something a walked she.  She raised an eyebrow at him and scowled at his back before turning to her food and finishing it.  Perhaps she could get away before any pony came back.

Not that she had anything to do.

Mystical looked up as a foal from before approached her.  He showed her a scroll and explained to her of why he needed her signature.  "Oh," she said, furrowing her brow and removing a pen from behind her ear.

She reached it towards the space to sign.  "Are you sure I should be signing this?" she asked, even though she was already signing her name.

"Yea sure why not ? I mean I cannot open the vault myself. Someone needs to have access to all those bits in case they are needed.and it would be nice to up the food around this place just a little bit." Lionheart said with a shrug. "As i said I won't be needing them anyway might as well use them to make things more comfortable." He finished hoofing her the key

 

"Now my chocolate pasta is waiting."And with that he swiftly turned and went back to his plate leaving the scroll and key with Mystical.

 

(Here she needed donation she got some major ones XD Considering his parent were high positioned royal guards and the like : ).

Sunset watched as Shade landed, then looked at her own small wings.

"Um... Okay..." She mumbled.

The small orange filly opened her wings and rustled her feathers. She started flapping her wings and got a little above the ground. Her eyes widened, but before she could really react, she fell back to the floor on her flank.

"Owwww..."

Shade smiled as sunset got a small hover. "That wasn't bad, you just need to focus and get the timing right for each flap. But not bad for your first shot." She said. She held out her hoof to help her up.

 

Shade had a lot on her mind, and it was almost driving her crazy, she needed to get some things off her mind.

"Um... Can I tell you a secret?"

Shade smiled as sunset got a small hover. "That wasn't bad, you just need to focus and get the timing right for each flap. But not bad for your first shot." She said. She held out her hoof to help her up.

Shade had a lot on her mind, and it was almost driving her crazy, she needed to get some things off her mind.

"Um... Can I tell you a secret?"

Sunset took Shade's hoof and stood up. She rustled her feathers. "Th-thanks... I guess I just need more practice."

She flapped her wings a bit, not strong enough to fly, but just to get the timing down. She heard Shade speak and closed her wings. Shade wanted to tell her a secret?

Mystical watched him walk off, surprised.  She turned to the scroll before her, her jaw dropped slightly.  She closed it and looked back at him, realizing that she just received a donation from a young foal who stayed at the very place he was donating to.

"Sweet Celestia," Mystical whispered to herself, sipping her tea and reading the scroll over again.

Chamois had just shoved the last spoonful of her food into her mouth when he got back.  She swallowed quickly, almost choking.  She hurriedly gulped down her juice before she did.

Then she regained her composure and pushed her plate away.

Somber had only eaten a few berries before realizing he wasn't really hungry anymore... He looked over to one of the other ponies aways from him, who was scarfing down her food and juice. It was obvious that she didn't like it...

Somber took his plate of berries, and trotted over to her, poking her once in the side. "Do you... want these? I'm not... really hungry...", he croaked out, the plate balancing on his head.

(But in his mind it was more along the lines of I might need to buy chocolate sooner or later so I give an adult permission to get money to get me some XD)

"Why the sudden rush ?" He asked tilting his head but shurging it off immidiatly, turning back to his sweets. Finishing his chocolate pasta ,which was pretty much the only thing on his plate, he drunk his milk and finished.

 

He exhaled in delight. "That sure was tasty."

 

And then it happened Somber was back with them this time bringing berries to Vine. 'People seem to treat you awfully nice around this place Chamois. Kind of the opposite of the hate I attracted in the few hours that I 've been here.." He said laughing a bit at then end.

Chamois looked up when she got poked in the side and saw Somber with his plate on his head as he offered her the blueberries.  She stared at the plate for a moment and then looked down at him again, smiling nicely at him, wanting to be nice since he had just had an episode.

"I'd love them.  Thank you, Somber," she said.

Then she turned to Lionel and paused for a moment.  Finally, she shrugged and turned back to Somber, her reply simple and sounding not nearly as sad as she felt.  "I've been here a long time," she said to Lionel.

"Y-You're... welcome... Vine...", Somber softly spoke out, sliding the plate of blueberries onto the table and right next to Chamois. He looked up at her, his bid, piercing red eyes staring at her, before hearing Lionheart speak out. He seemed to cringe a bit from just hearing his voice again.


"I... I just... wanted to... be nice.... and help...", he whispered out towards Lionheart.

Shade was a bit unsure about telling anypony about her secret, but she felt like she had to before she could get close to anypony. "It's very important that you don't scream or anything." She took a deep breath and held out her hoof. Her hoof got surrounded by green fire. "I'm a changeling" she whispered. She would have said more but her hart was pounding already.

"Please relax. I am not some sort of evil incarnation here to kill ponies if anything I am  the exact opposite, I wanna be able to defend the weak when I grow up by capturing the villains of this world. So just relax. Trying to be nice is good." Lionheart said to  Somber, looking him in the eyes before finally breaking eye contact and streching.

 

"Ahh  So Chamois, since you are here for long mind helping me know the place a bit. It is kind of big and I got lost not so long ago." He said having a bothered expression. He had to exlore this place anyway and doing it with company seemed a better alternative than doing so alone.

Chamois put her hoof on Somber's shoulder.  "S'ok, kid," she said, as if it might comfort him.  And then she didn't know what else to say so she ended up leaving it at that.  She looked at Lionel as he requested for her to help him get to know the orphanage better.  "No," she said, her reply so simple and casual you'd think she'd denied ketchup.

Somber looked up a bit over at Chamois whenever she had laid a hoof right on his shoulder. And he then looked over to Lionheart, as he spoke about him not being evil and villains and such. But what Somber was really confused on was a word that Lionheart had said: incarnation. He was also trying to sound it out too, since it felt like he had never used the word before.

Lionheart sighted. "Suit yourself I will go on my own." He replied just as simply. It was for the sake of convenince for him and although tit would have been easier it wouldn't make such a drastic difference..

 

"Incarnation, ehm how do I explain this......hehe. I don't really know how to explain the meaning." He said rubbing the back of his head.. "Any help ?" He said turning to Vine.

Chamois looked up at him for a moment and then turned to Somber.  "It means when somepony passes away, they...er...sort of...like are born again later on as a different pony," she said.  Then she glanced at Lionel.  "Uh...right?" she said, unsure herself if she was thinking of the right thing.

 

(That's fine.  I understand how it goes.  I didn't reply for a while last time because I started playing Pony Fantasy)

Somber thought a but about the meaning, giving it deep thought.... If incarnation meant that... Then would that mean...? "If... that's wha it... means... then... will my parents... be incarnation-ed?", he asked, obliviously confused to the word, or to what the full meaning had meant.
