Turning away from the pony as he heard a heavy cascade of hoofsteps in all the surrounding halls, Windy grinned. "Its time...." He muttered. "Hey Royal, nice meeting you, but I gotta go now. I'll talk later, ok? Maybe we'll see each other at the game. It isn't a game you'll want to miss... It will certainly be the most memorable game of Todd's career!" he said darkly, winking. Turning and calling into the room for Minty to follow him to the field, he began trotting off towards the stadium.

 

 

 

 

Sitting in the locker room on a bench, Todd took a deep, calming breath. This was the night. His night. He would finally come into his own and show he was every bit as talented and special as his father. Reaching into his bag, he pulled out his vial and needle. He always had hated giving himself injections, but no pain, no gain. Wincing as he pumped the drugs into his vein, Todd stood up, flexing his muscles. Another injection at halftime and this game would be his for the taking. The school rushing record was as good as his. "Showtime...." He muttered, trotting out onto the field to the sound of roaring applause from the ponies that were filing into the stadium. Heading over to the team huddle up, he looked across the field and saw his father, seated in the VIP box. Smiling nervously, he joined the huddle up. Kickoff time was in fifteen minutes...  

Minty followed Windy onto the field and looked around. Where's Chase? she thought to herself. She saw Todd showing off in front of some cheerleaders and rolled her eyes. "Where are we going to sit?" she asked Windy. She saw Chase wave at her, and she silently squealed when he winked at her. He was down on the football field. She saw him walk over to.. Todd. He can't be a frat.. he's too nice for that. She thought as she followed Windy to their seat.

Me: Yeah it's right here.  (I gesture towards it) I don't know much about locks, so I can't tell how bad it is... will I need to get spare parts?  Oh and we'll see who's paying for dinner, I'm the master when it comes to persuasion" I chuckle.

Royal decided he wasn't going to the game. He didn't have much interest in sports, and he had already made his bets on it earlier. He decided he was going to stay home, and read up on those books he borrowed from his English teacher.

 

He walked through the door, remembering denim was still here, ad far as he knew.

Arrow approaches the lock and gets a closer inspection. "I can already tell by the dent in it; it already made a mess in the internal system... I need tool's, do you have any?" Arrow asked Cloudchaser. He smirked at Luna's comment of him being an engineer. "Oh, then if you charismatic as you say you are, then you shouldn't need to pay at all." Arrow challenged.

Gardenia's ears perked upon hearing the cacophony of hoofsteps, "Oh! I guess that would be it! Come on, we don't want to be left behind!" She beckoned Blaze to follow her.

 

Whilst trotting amongst the crowd, she noticed a few familiar ponies. "Oh, they greeted me a few days ago. It seemed like they were friends of Blaze's, and we could really use the extra company to keep things from getting too awkward between us."

 

"Yoo-hoo!" She called to Minty and the pegasus who had brought the couch into her dorm. "Hey!"

Minty saw Gardenia. "Hey, Gardenia! Want to sit with us?" Minty asked kindly. "We should really get to know each other better, since you're the only other mare I know!!" Minty said all too quickly. "U-um.. if you want to.." Minty said to the rather tall mare. Minty looked down.

Minty saw Gardenia. "Hey, Gardenia! Want to sit with us?" Minty asked kindly. "We should really get to know each other better, since you're the only other mare I know!!" Minty said all too quickly. "U-um.. if you want to.." Minty said to the rather tall mare. Minty looked down.

If I didn't get out of my dorm; which i was going to stay inside, I wouldn't have met thee either." He said with a hint of olden english.  "I also bet you 20 bits you couldn't get our dinner for free." He challenged again.

Blaze sat down next to gardenia. He felt it was a good place to sit. He was about to go and have a talk when minty brought up todd. "Todd? Tall colt, leader of that thing or whatever, up on the field, upset easily? Yeah. He doesn't seem to take rejection very well, but I haven't heard a thing." He then recalled something about a plan. "Wait. What plane?" He then went a bit nuts. "Hang on. Revenge? As in humiliation revenge? In front of his own dad, who he wants to impress? Why would he be so popular then?"

Gardenia then took notice of the pegasus introducing himself, "Oh, sorry. I'm Gardenia and this here is Blaze."

Tears started to form in Gardenia's eyes, "What I said caused some innocent ponies to get hurt? That's... that's awful... I thought I had just hurt Todd, but because I hurt him he hurt others! That's..." a steady stream of tears started to fall down.

 

"I am so sorry, I didn't think that something like that would happen."

 

"And now, not only was Minty insulted, Windy stabbed, but now Todd's life is going to be ruined? All because of my stupid mouth."

 

Gardenia buried her muzzle in her hooves, trying to hide her sobbing.
