Which Pony Is The Most True To Themselves Aside From Applejack?

We all know that Applejack is honest and true to her values and to herself and the mane 6 all are to a certain extent but which one other than Applejack is the most true to themselves? Rainbow Dash though she has grown a great deal as a character still has some deep seated insecurities regarding her rep which makes her reluctant to express her emotions and is also reluctant to try new things that night be considered "uncool". Pinkie Pie is friendly, hyperactive and chipper but can have problems respecting other ponies or in one case donkey's and another case griffons personal space which crosses the line from friendly to stalker mode.

 

Fluttershy is as her name implies very shy and reserved and is quite kind which does make her very true to herself but seriously needs to grow a spine. Twilight Sparkle was very anti social and had trouble making friends at first because she didn't see it as important but has improved a great deal in this regard while still keeping her studious bookworm tendencies. Because of this I think it is a bit of a toss up between Fluttershy and Twilight as to who is the most true to themselves.

I think Twilight is probaly the winner for being the most true to theirself, I mean Fluttershy is kinda, but she also can be shy and not want to say anything about issues she has, so who knows how many issues she has.

 

Meanwhile Twilight seems to have matured, and also seems to be pretty good at not keeping anything hidden. she will show it and speak about it.

 

So I think Twilight wins on this grounds.

Twilight is definitely true to herself besides Applejack, because of her leadership and how she stands out from the rest of the Mane 6.

Also Pinkie Pie has a problem in that her entire sense fo self esteem revolves around what others think of her.  If she feels in any way rejected by her friends, she completely shuts down.

 

You also didn't mention Rarity, who comes apart when the wants and needs of her friends conflict with her own ambitions. 

 

So all in all, I'd have to agree that Twilight comes out on top here.

I would probably say Twilight Sparkle for the same reasons as everyone else has stated, but even then, she can become completely unglued if she feels that she is in any way failing Princess Celestia. One thing is for certain, Applejack really is the most true to herself.

I think they're all pretty true to themselves for the most part. Each pony does have their own glaring insecurities, though. But if I had to pick one, I'd say Twilight is probably the most true to herself.
