Crimson smiled as he noticed swordpoint approaching from the direction of the blaze of glory, "so, did you find anything? And how is the ships condition? I hope we don't have to swim to the red x..." said crimson half jokingly.

 

((No, that's fine, it fits well, but just as a warning to everyone still participating in this rp, the death of twinkle is the LEAST surpising plot twist in the story, trust me, by the end of this, you'll be scratching your head in confusion))

Swordpoint nodded gravely. "The ship is damaged, but it is still seaworthy. We must move quickly, though, Crimson. Inside the ship, I encountered one of Umbra's followers. He came very close to decapitating me silently."

 

Rainbow's eyes widened. "That's it; you're not going anywhere without me anymore. But, uh... how do you know it was one of Umbra's?"

 

 "He wore a black hood," Swordpoint explained. "And the look in his eyes... yes, they were certainly the eyes of a killer. It seems that Umbra is growing angry with our progress." Swordpoint approached Crimson. "I almost forgot... there was no sign of Hotfoot or Alter. I have tried to search for their energy, but I can find neither one. In addition... we are missing Coral and Equinox. Again, there is no sign of their energy around." Swordpoint couldn't hind his unease. "I do not wish to assume that they are deceased... But our options seem few."

 

Rainbow stood and walked to Swordpoint's side. "We have to get going. I don't want to leave them behind, but... if you can't even find them with that weird... energy tracking thing you do, then it's probably time to give up the search."

 

Swordpoint nodded, a saddened expression adorning his face. "Yes... I am afraid that you are right. We should move out immediately. And remain vigilant... it is highly likely that more of Umbra's followers will be lurking around."

Cosmo raised a hoof and said, "Before any thinks Crimson went crazy, this is Altair," as he cast the spell to show Altair to others, "Greetings. I'm a guardian spirit who lives in Cosmo's sword. I decided I'd take the name of his sword for personal reasons."

Lyth fills the hole of a conjured casket with Twinkle's body inside with sorrow. May your path lead you back to us, as with Swordpoint. Preferably bringing Radio back from the void. A fate readily received, though not so readily written... She frowned and finished the burial.

Sole smiled sheepishly and blushed at his own embarassment "again, I'm sorry stony i-" he didn't get to finish talking, as he felt the poison finally reach his heart. With a grunt he dropped to the ground, he felt his vision getting blurry. He was barely concious now.

Swordpoint prepared to speak again, but he stopped as he heard a thump. He turned to find Sole on the ground, twitching slightly. He immediately darted to Sole's side. "Sole! Can you hear me?! Sole!" Sole would not respond. He seemed to have a glazed look in his eyes. Swordpoint observed the stiffening of Sole's limbs, and he understood at once. "He appears to be poisoned... This does not bode well." He glanced around, desperate. "Can anyone cure poison?! Anyone?! Please, someone help him! He is dying!"

 

Rainbow walked slowly over to Sole, and tears filled her eyes. "C'mon, Sole... you're stronger than this, and I know it! I've seen you fight off more than some stupid poison! So get up! Please! I don't want to see anypony else die today!!"

Lyth whips her head around, and blinks tiredly. I'm going to need a rest after all these (Quick Revives) magic uses. She checks him over and cringes. "This will take plenty of time and energy," she says, as she pulls out a candle. She sets it specifically to the west, opposite of her, and begins to chant. A circle connecting her to the candle glowed purple with her eyes as she began the process. (This will take a few posts. For you, I assure this to be true.)

Sole was speechless for a moment, as he stared at his first love in shock. "S-sky? But your... I'm so sorry sky." He said, tears welling up in his eyes. But sky just smiled "you don't need to say sorry about anything ya knucklehead, what happened was an accident." She reassured "no... you know that's not true. Armageddon may have been the one to kill you, but it was my fault in the first place." He said regretfully. She slapped him in annoyance "nope. Just stop right there featherbrain." She said jokingly "you couldn't have saved me, there was nothing you could've done." Sole was silent as he heard this "your wrong..." he said "your wrong. I could've let you go, let you escape and be free. But I was too selfish and stubborn." He said simply.

Equinox woke up noticing they were out of the storm finally. "I got knocked out...great...just great" Equinox said as he got up and noticed they were already on land. "We should catch up with them dont you think" Deranged said noticing nopony was around

Sky shook her head "no... your wrong. Would they let someone evil into heaven?" She asked. This made sole pause "wait... we're not in heaven right now are we?" He asked, as sky giggled and shook her head again "nope, we're somewhere in between. But I know you'll go there eventually sole..." she said encouragingly, as sole sighed "no... I wouldn't go, even if I could. I've done too many bad things, comitted too many sins. Just think of all the ponies I've hurt and killed." He said sadly, as sky smiled and hugged him tightly. "No sole... your wrong again featherbrain. Your a good person, and noone hates you. They all forgave you... every one of them." She said happily, tears in her own eyes, as sole looked confused. "Wait... what are y-" he didn't finish his sentence, because as he turned to look behind him he saw something that made him cry tears of joy. There behing him, stood a croud of everyone he'd ever murdured. And they were all smiling encouragingly, and not a single one looked angry or bitter. He felt sky's hooves on his shoulder "we've all seen the good you've done, watched how hard you've fought for peace. You've more then made up for your sins... all that's left is for you to forgive yourself." She said.

Lyth's magic drew the poison from his blood, and excellerated the healing of his wounds. By the time she was done, he was practically good as new, if unconscious. She was about to revive him when something told her to stop. Withdrawing her magic, she stepped bacl, circle disappearing. "He'll be fine, he just needs rest."

Stone felt her leg again burn, even in her iron form. It still bothered her. But the shock was right now pointed towards sole. Who now is being treated with everything they could do without a hospital. Stone wished she knew he was poisoned so she could take that from him as well. "Selfish sonnava bitch....." She mumbled to herself trying to fight back tears.

Swordpoint approached Stone. "Stone... your leg... You require medical attention. I could possibly remove the acid, but... the damage which has been caused cannot be repaired by my magic. I am afraid that this is too complex for me."

 

Rainbow was trying to hold back tears... and failing. "I can't believe this... I knew he was stubborn, but now he's just being stupid!"

 

Swordpoint examined Stone's leg and spread his wings. His golden aura surrounded Stone's leg, and the acid was gone... but it wasn't pretty. It had eaten away at the metal, and Stone was going to be missing a moderate amount of flesh when she returned to normal. Swordpoint offered her a forlorn look. "... this is all that I can do for you. I am sorry."

Lyth cringed, Another injured pony? There's only one metal I know how to make, and that's silver. "Does it matter what kind of metal is used to reform your leg, or could a pony replace it with a different kind?" asked a tired lunar priestess. The way I feel right now would be the same as trying to practice necromancy; half dead."

Sole looked at her questioningly "forgive... myself?" He asked in confusion "what's that suposed to mean? I've done stupid things, and I mess up all the time. What right do I have to pardon myself of my sins, I'm the idiot who commited them." He said simply, as sky smacked him on the back of the head "wrong. You've worked hard to protect your friends, and the innocent. You aren't a sinner, and your not evil... not anymore." She encouraged "alright.. I'll only forgive myself when I can help crimson bring down his asshole of a father." He said, as sky smiled "well... I guess that works too." She said, as a large beam of light went around sole "looks like your friends are wanting you back sole..." she said happily, as sole gave her a big hug "thanks... sky. And I promise... I will make up for all the wrong I've done by helping stop umbra." He said, as he began to float into the air "you already have. Oh, and take care of stone, if ya mistreat her I'll kick your ass!" She said jokingly, as the large croud of ponies began to cheer, before sole disappeared in a flash of light.

 

Sole coughed and slowly opened his eyes, quickly realizing he was back in equestria. "Ow..." he mumbled sarcastically.

Stone nodded her head "thanks....I'll see what I can do to fix it my self. But thank you" she said before turning back into her normal self and her leg shot excruciating pain throughout her body. So she kneeled down and allowed her magic to slowly heal her leg wound. She did not notice sole awakening

Sole groaned and slowly stood up "alright... looks like that jackasses poison almost did me in. Thanks guys." He said noncholantly, before noticing stone's leg "stony... you idiot." He said quietly *great, and I'm horrible at healing magic. What am I gonna do?* he thought worriedly "why did you do it stone? I would've been fine!" He said.

Stone glanced up, and tackled him with a bone crushing hug. "OH MY LUNA I THOUGHT YOU WHERE GONE" she cried digging her face into his chest soaking it with tears from pain of her leg. And joy of seeing him back. She didnt let go and was glad he was finally back.

Sole was quiet the whole time, he was more focused on stone's injured leg, and it was all his fault. "Stony... I'm fine. But you... your leg... its all cuz of me." He said quietly "I swear I'll heal it, I'm sorry that this happened, your probably in a lot of pain." He said worriedly.

Cosmo smiled as Sole came back around. "The fewer ponies we lose the better... Sideon, Raze, Coral... wait a sec... Coral is a descendant of sea poni... Oh who am I kidding... The odds of finding her again are slim to none..." Cosmo thought sadly. A huge hiss of noise came from the water as a giant sea serpent broke the surface and began advancing toward the crew, "By the night! Can we not get anything of a break from you Umbra?!" Cosmo shouted in anger, "Ok serpent, lets go!"

(Feel free to attack it but don't say you harmed the serpent. You'll see why pretty soon...)

Crimson glared at the large sea serpent as it slithered toward them, quickly unsheathing helios and pointing it at the beast and igniting it on fire, "I'm warning you snake...I've had a rough day and I'm not in a forgiving mood, so unless you wanna be cut to little pieces and fed to sole for lunch, then I suggest you leave...NOW..." said crimson in a serious tone as the serpent slithered.

Swordpoint readied his lance. "There shall be no more deaths today. I am prepared, vile creature."

 

Rainbow swung the dagger she held skillfully. "Bring it on, ya big ugly. I'm ready for ya."

 

Rainbow and Swordpoint bolted into the air, side by side. As they appoached the serpent, they split apart, and each zoomed past a different side of the serpent. They coordinated carefully and each struck the creature's sides at the same time. They hastily backed off and regrouped in midair.

The serpent opened its mouth, and Coral stepped out. She looked with disgust at the crew with their weapons bared. “I come all the way from across this ocean and this is the greeting I get? Do you have any idea how hard it was to ride this wonderful animal all the way?” She smiled. “All of you look like you could use a good meal.”

Cosmo just stared for a moment before laughing. He went up and gave his old friend a hug, careful not to give Lyth any reason for jealousy, before he asked, "This is a new one Coral I mean... How the buck did you tame this thing?!"
