Hey there! You can pretty much add anyone you would like to because it's a one-way deal. What I mean by that is that you can head over to anyone's profile and pretty much click the "Add friend" button then your basically friends with that user. Granted this is all based on the most public of settings on a general user's account. Anyway though enough of my rambling, I'm glad you made it over here to the forum, I wish you good fortune here.
