so the video trailer for Grand Theft Auto 5 not log ago and i was wondering what everypony's opinion was on the trailer

 

personally i thought it was awesome. this trailer just builds up the hype from what im sure will be yet another brilliant game for the current gen consoles 

 

please tell me what you think of GTA V and this new trailer

I'm a little unsure about the whole character switching thing, I hope it's not just a pointless gimmick. Everything else looks amazing, I really love GTA IV and it looks like this has pretty much everything that it was lacking.

 

It's a shame though that they didn't really show off Euphoria in that trailer, that's all I really care about. That's one of the things that made GTA IV really great. The first thing I'll be doing is climbing to the top of that mountain just so that I can throw myself off it.

i personally think that the character switch will be awesome and looking at the trailer only makes me more excited ( Trevor is already my Favorite )

I think it looks amazing. All this BS about it being the exact same game. I still really want to see how big the map is overall, but so far it looks huge. And I love that tattoos, car customization, clothing etc. are back and even better. And there seems to be this stock thing and you can purchase houses or something like that which seems cool. Can't wait for December (for me).

As long is it will refine the combat and expand upon GTAIV I'll love it.

GTAIV really set the standard for game tech this gen early on but there was so much much headache in the game. Clunky cover system throwing Niko into an enemy fire zone, killing him in seconds. No checkpoint system. Red Dead Redemption fixed a lot of the stuff I hated about GTAIV and I expect GTAV to only improve upon that.

Grand Theft Auto V is looking pretty damn awesome. It looks really fun to go on all these heists with the 3 interesting characters. I'll look forward to playing it after I get my hands on a copy.

im pre-ordering my copy of GTA v today from JB HI FI ( i gets the atomic blimp ) 

 

you are correct this game does indeed look pretty damn awesome espicailly when the other characters will just do their own thing when you play as either trevor ( my Favorite ) Franklin or Michael  

 

and the introduction of dogs in the game ( Franklin has a  dog called chop )  will just add to the immersive  qualities in game

The trailer really did show that there are many improvements in Grand Theft Auto V than it's predecessor. Even though GTA V wasn't shown at E3, it still can look pretty impressive even if it isn't shown worldwide at an expo.

i'm expecting that GTAv will earn the coveted Game Of The Year awards ( as almost every Rockstar game (GTA RDR has won GOTY)this console generation ) 

 

even if it doesn't it will still be an incredible game released on current gen consoles which is an amazing achievement
