movies/tv Antz or A Bug's Life

YAY! My first poll!Out of these two similar movies,Which one do you prefer and why?I like them both,but personally i enjoyed Antz better.It has a deeper story,very likable characters,a nice casting,good effects for its time,a marvelous soundtrack and is less childish than ABL.Well,that's my opinion,how about yours?

I enjoyed A Bug's Life too.Make your vote,c'mmon,this is a poll after all.I gotta admit ABL had more wonderful effects,colorful characters and environments than Antz.It's a childhood classic of mine in fact.

I liked both, but head to head I was a bigger fan of A Bugs Life. I just found the story to be more enjoyable, but the Antz story was a lot deeper, and it had some crazy animations. I like both but ABL wins this one!

I liked A Bugs Life Better. As a kid, I always thought Antz was a rip off of A Bug's Life.

 

Antz had some more mature content in it, and was a lot more serious than a bugs life.

I liked the characters better in the disney movie.

A bug's life is better but not by much. Probably because of the plot. I found there was more content than Antz. Plus the characters were a little more "mellow"

Bigs life because it didn't traumatize me with a talking severed head. Also the characters were more vibrant and memorable, as was the setting.

I admire the mature content of Antz, and the message in it, but I'll have to go with A Bug's Life on this.

 

The characters were better and more more memorable, it had better animation, and a more interesting plot. Plus, I was a bit frightened by Antz as a kid, and thus; it doesn't stick in my head as a movie I liked.

A Bug's Life by a long shot, I always though A Bug's Life was a really underrated movie, and probably being Pixar's most underrated movie at that(I know, a movie underrated Pixar. Shocker)

 

Plus, Antz's character designs always scared me

I guess I'm the only one who likes Antz more than a Bug's Life, personally I think the fighting scenes were awesome and add a more darker feel to the movie. Also it showed a good moral that the little guy can stand up to corruption and greed.

Ah, fond memories of both. But, Antz had a much deeper story and even darker themes which provided for a much more interesting story overall. Antz also had the most memorable scenes of the two.

I like Z more than Flik (Z is the sarcastic anti-hero who gradually develops character, while Flik is just the cliched nice guy), but Hopper more than Mandible (Hopper reveals genuine "cycle of life" motivations behind his actions, while Mandible just wants to usurp power).

 

It's 50/50 for me, really.
