Step 7: Become disenfranchised with the fandom that the forum is dedicated to.

 

Step 8: Find a new interest, find a good forum, and join it.

Admins could alter their post counts manually to get it, then turn member-side to show it off. Sure it wouldn't count but you didn't specify anything about fairness there, bro. Possession is 9/10ths of the law popularity.
