Correct, IP banning is ACP (admin) only, as is the Dupe Logger, which is a fancy ACP feature for banning someone via the cookies on their computer. Numerous worlds harder for trolls to bypass than IP's, which is actually not that hard to change yours, these days. Mods can just ban the singular accounts via the warning system. All trolls have a breaking limit where they give up. Takes them longer to make new accounts, IP's, cookies, whatever the ban type be, than it takes for someone to click one button and send them flying. 2 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
