got so far for chapter 3(Contain spoilers for those who didn't read chapter 1 and 2)

Chapter 3: Find Sky!
"Where ... where am I?"

I open my eyes slowly. I see everything blurred.

"You can tell us, why the hay you nearly killed Thunder."

Was that ... Spitfire?

"Exactly, Light Runner, why did you do such an thing like that?"

Wha-?! Princess Celestia?!

"Hey, talk!"

My eyes slowly start to see clean. I was right, behind an long table sitting Celestia, Spitfire and Twilight.

"W-why I am here?"

"You neraly killed one of our best members, Lightning Thunder!"

"Calm down, Spitfire."

Wait ... I'm in an ...

"Light Runner, explain. Now."

"What should I explain? That he deserve hat? Well, because he did deserve that!"

"And why? From what I heard from Twilight, he comes in the library and you start punching him. She had to knock out you, to stop you."

"Why? He treated Sky Love like Horse apples! He only use her for buck her and when she was one time against him, he slap her! And because, she want to be together with me and not him, she has to go back to her parents! But her parents are already dead, so somepony trick her the whole time! And that's Thunder!"

"Have you proof, that he all doing that?"

"For the part with Sky, yes, I saw it by myself, he knock me out and brought me to the hospital. For the part with her parents ... Twilight tould me, they already dead, but I don't know, if Thunder has to do with that ..."

"So you nearly killed him, because you think, he has to do with the dead from Sky's parents?"

Now where Celestia is saying that, I really overreact ...

"I was just angry ... I'm sorry."

"Light, right? You've been lucky, that he told me in the hospital, that you can leave. Be thankfull for that, normally you would see the prison from the inside, because you nearly killed a pony."

"I have nothing to thank for, can I go now? Or do you have more questions? Because I have to find a specific mare for me ..."

"Well, like Spitfire already mentioned, Thunder let you go ... so we can't hold you here, go. But if something like this going to happen again, then you will come in prison, that's for sure."

I stand up, but I can't move.

"Twilight, let him go."

"You are sure?"

"Thunder allowed him to go, we have to accept that, also it was his first time here. So long he is not trying to kill somepony again, he can continue, what ever he want."

Twilight stop using her magic, so I can finally move again.

"Thanky, Twilight."

I go out from the building, only to see Trotting standing outside. He recognize me.

"There you are! Today is wednesday, already forgotten?"

"Forgotten ... oh, I'm really sorry, I was ..."

"I know, everypony is talking about your fight with Thunder. I hope, this is not going to happen again, Light."

"I overreact, don't worry, not going to happen again ... and sorry for not working. Did you manage Derpy to come for me?"

"She is still ill, so I had to do that all by my own."

"I'm really sorry, I ..."

"Well, come tomorrow for Derpy, then you we are quits, okay?"

"Yep, thanky."

Sky! Who knows, who she is meeting in Fillydelphia!

"Got to go, no! Where is the next train to Fillydelphia?!"

I start to run, so fast as I can to the train station. 2 minutes left ... 1 minute left ... 30 seconds ...

"One ticket to Fillydelphia, please!"

"That make 2 bits."

"Oh no, I forget the money."

"Here are the 2 bits."

A cyan blue stallion give 2 bits to him.

"Here is the ticket."

"Thanky ... and thanks to you ... uhm ..."

I run to the train. I come in time and run in the train. Short after I run in, the train start to move.

"That was close, sir, got an ticket?"

"Here."

I give him my train ticket. He check it and give it back to me.

"Alright, have an nice ride."

"Thanky."

I sit on a couch in the train. I look out of the window. It was nothing special. After few hours, I finally reach Fillydelphia.

"Fillydelphia! End station!"

I walk out from the train. Now it is time to find Sky Love ... in an big city ... with hundreds of ponies ... without knowing, where she could be go ... first. The burned house from her! But I don't know, where the house is ...

"Hey! Do you looking for something special?"

"Actually yes. I'm new here and look for the house from Sky Love's parents."

"Sky Love? Never heard from this pony."

"Okay, then like this. Do you know an burned house here?"

"Burned house ... burned house ... burned ... yes. Follow this street there until the end. Then you should see the rest from the house."
