Could be a crappy antivirus. My mother had an antivirus installed that would automatically delete iTunes because it thought it was a virus.. (admittedly it's virus worthy at times, blech)

No it's not Cross. It's actually a really trusted antivirus.

 

 And in that one thread plenty of people are reporting Google safebrowsing still warning them of viruses. Someone else mentioned Avast as well.

Edit: He's referring to antivirus software. It's the thing that keeps your computer running efficiently, and prevents hackers from getting your personal information.

Nah, I obviously know what an antivirus is. It's just that I don't run any antivirus because my PC can go uber crazy, especially in browsing, and that I am smart enough not to download a virus into my computer...

I'd usually download stuff from their original developer sites, and not anywhere else...
