Oh I see.  Well I can't really comment on the story of your rewrite because I've never read the original draft.  Though it does have plenty of spelling and grammar mistakes, though not as many as the ones I've been working on.

It's from a webshow, Zero Punctuation.  He reviews games and doesn't like quick-time events, which amount to "Press X to not die."  And that phrase became a bit of a meme so he put it on a shirt.
