You can't? That's unfortunate :/ There must be a way round it. Did you install all the fixes it needs before playing it? (Doubt this would affect it though)

Of course I wash my car just a couple days ago and it snows...

 

And if you know anything about precipitation in Oklahoma, you know it also precipitates dirt a lot of times. And brown likes to show very well on white paint.

 

 

I have a love-hate relationship with my Honda. I love this car. It's probably been the best car I've ever driven. Not because it's fast or it attracts girls (by the way guys, cars don't attract girls unless that's what they're into). Because with all the crap I've given it, that motor is still alive. It's like "engine failure" isn't in the vocabularies of those Japanese engineers. I've seen this with Hondas and Toyotas. They're just extremely reliable cars. 

 

Seriously...dem miles...

 

 

I've heard stories of you being able to rev the crap out of Hondas after they hit 100k miles. I'm pushing 200k and if I need to put the pedal down to get out of a situation or make a quick move, I can do it. 

 

I also don't like it that it's so old though. Even the most reliable machines will at some point fail. I feel like it's only a matter of time because I've done so much major crap to this motor...At one point a fan motor went out and I didn't realize it until I got to work and my radiator hoses cracked, draining all my antifreeze into the parking lot and my engine was spewing steam. The temp gauge was right on red. I had the hoses and fan motor replaced. Literally no work done on the engine itself at all. It still runs like a dream despite that. 

 

There was another time I was pushing it well past redline (like...8,000+ RPM where it redlines at 7,400). It spewed smoke when I got home. It was a solenoid. No work at all done on the motor.

 

Why this car is alive, I do not know. All I know is that it keeps running no matter what hell I put it through, which is why I'm so reluctant to replace it. I guess I'll figure it out as I go along.

I've spent my whole life fascinated with them. My biological father was a mechanic and I learned much of what I know about them from him. 

 

Cars are amazing machines. A true modern marvel.

I don't really like them. Mainly because they give me bad headaches and make me feel sick if I spend too long in them, and I feel really nervous in them sometimes.

To each their own I grew up on farms and in mechanic shops my whole childhood so a fascination with them was born in me early on. I've spent a lot of time working on machinery and using tools was among my favorite things to do. I felt most fulfilled when I could take something that wasn't working properly and make it work, much like when I was able to run my custom PC for the first time. I can only imagine it was how Dr. Frankenstein felt when his zombie came to life
