Here is what I've been working on tonight this little FIlly, She is not quite done yet still have a few things to work on but I did the gradients on her hooves in PS and will do the shading on PS as well.

True but there are vector base tools implemented into the program vector-base lineworks tools which is what I use.

To each their own, though I do agree with you its not a full fledged vectoring program like Inkscape the linework tools on PT Sai are all I need to make ponies for people so it works out.
