Except that it's difficult to find pictures of the middle-aged Mane 6 because I don't know But if the CMC are then in their 20s the Mane 6 would probably be 30 to 35 with Fluttershy being a year older than Pinkie Pie

 

 

So canonically Pinkie Pie can't be the oldest of the Mane 6 and Fluttershy can't be the youngest. #Flutters2old4u

You know, now that I think about it, I would argue that Fluttershy is the oldest of the Mane 6. Remember how awkwardly tall she was in the Cutie Mark Chronicles? She was like Shaq while all the other ponies were midget size. While you could attribute it to awkward puberty, I would say it was because Fluttershy is older than the rest with Pinkie Pie being a year behind her. Is there a birthday in between? I don't know but this is what I've got to go on and since they all became adults who were all the same size Fluttershy might be up to 2 to 4 years older than all the rest with the exception being Pinkie.

Also I have to wonder...why isn't Rainbow Dash a Wonderbolt yet? She got her cutie mark after doing a sonic rainboom, which was only legend up until it had actually been done. She got it because she was fast. So wouldn't that mean that Rainbow Dash should really have got a job as a professional athlete? Instead, she became the weather team manager. It would kinda be like Michael Jordan getting a desk job. 

 

And what about Pinkie Pie? She got her cutie mark after planning a party so wonderful it got her otherwise dull family to smile. So instead of a pastry chef, shouldn't Pinkie Pie have her own business in planning parties? Also, besides Pinkie Pride, have we ever really seen Pinkie Pie work? What do the Cakes pay her for??

 

Does that mean that even though a pony gets their cutie mark for the thing they do best and what they're supposed to do with their life, it doesn't define what they actually do? For the rest of the M6, it did. Flutters takes care of animals, AJ works the farm, Rarity is a fashion designer, and Twi is a princess (and I believe that this fits in with her cutie mark as Alicorns are the elite wielders of magic). 

 

Back to Dashie; she got her cutie mark in Junior Flight Camp. Does this mean there are levels of flight camp beyond Junior Flight Camp? Could a Pegasus pursue a career in being a professional athlete only if he or she has the will to complete these higher levels of training? If so, is Rainbow Dash too lazy to go through them or is she too afraid? Surely there are other flight teams besides the Wonderbolts. If nothing else, Rainbow Dash could start her own flight team given she has the willpower. I'm sure there are lots of ponies that would be honored to fly with the pony that can do a sonic rainboom.
