I get that you're pretty torn up about it. Chances are, I would be too. Just try to remember that mistakes can only change us for the better. There's no point hating yourself over one tiny mistake

You don't have to succeed at everything. I'm sure that person was plenty thankful for the time and effort that you put in.

Well that is kinda what I am doing (about the crying on a shoulder). I am a pretty open person, I don't hide things about me, I don't like hiding my feelings, however, when I see I am starting to get unbearable, I will usually just go away and stop annoying people
