You know what I would absolutely dislike most about living on a tropical island? Monsoon season. I like rain, but 3 or 4 months of nothing but rain would kill me. I mean, we had 3 or 4 weeks of rain in May and I was like...rain....gtfo nao...

In some cases, it can go up to 37-38*C. But, it doesn't get that hot everyday, I'd say it goes up to 31*C on average in a hot noontime . :maud:

Also not to mention typhoons that can knock out your power and internet for like a week or so depending on the storm's strength.

We really needed that month of rain though. It brought copious amounts of tornadic activity, but many of Oklahoma's lakes are full or only slightly below normal now. There were a few lakes on the east and southeast sides of the state that were almost overflowing their dams.

Your weather's sound so much more interesting than what we got. Anyone like constant grey clouds?

Anyway, Filly I think you would pretty much die here.

Normal day in July in Oklahoma: 35-40+°C. Might have a weird day where we get over 45°C.

Normal day in January in Oklahoma: Sometimes as cold as -15°C (I observed that in the winter of 2013-2014 Smash and I remember it as the "polar vortex" that hung over the central and eastern US for that whole winter). Sometimes it doesn't get warmer than -5°C. Other times, if we're having a warm winter, it could be 20°C all day every day all winter and never snow. Winter never knows what it wants to be here.

Normal day in March - May in Oklahoma: 25°C. Anything you want to keep better be tied down, though. If you didn't tie it down, consider it gone. Them 'naders are coming for it.

Normal day in September - November in Oklahoma: 25°C...refer to March - May

If the weather could stay the same all year, I really wouldn't complain about it lol

I'd really like to move to Canada :3 Mild summer and cold winters would be fantastic. Not these cold winters and hot summers with tornadoes in between lol

Yeah. Not even 9:00 and it's already 68 / 20 (whichever scale you use) :P

Actually, we're supposed to be cooling down for the next few days. Then it gets back up into the low to mid 90s again. Probably gonna continue that trend all the way through late September/early October. .-.

I hate summer.
