I'm not even a dog person. My parents were the ones that got him, dogs start to annoy me when I'm around them too long.

My dog died a few years ago (we have a new one now, you've seen her)

She had some kind of sickness, and we didn't notice, she got almost blind during the end and one day just fell where she was standing and died.

You know... one moment your dog is there and then in a split second she's gone... :/
