I've used the new Edge browser, and I have to say, it's not too bad. Probably the best looking browser I've seen methinks.

 

Though, it apparently consumes more RAM than even Chrome doe...

Lol, Firefox 39 uses 516 mb RAM with 6 tabs?

 

Maybe if you have 0 plugins

but on windows, firefox uses 1.5GB for me with 1 tab xD

 

on linux I have the Firefox beta though, and they fixed some RAM bug there, that makes it go to 500mb

Mine seems to be consuming ~800MBs with 13 tabs open. Two of them being videos and crap.

 

But, yeah, Edge doesn't even have plugin support, and that's it. xD
