South facing room and PC makes study warm.

West facing bedrooms make them warm in the evening.

Continentality

A problem of living away from the sea, can be v hot in summer and v cold in winter

Well, the Rhineland has a strong influence of the sea. Summer are usually really humid and winter are often mild with only a few snow days. The good thing is that I live on a small hill so that I have more snow than Bonn or cologne.
