I'm already doing that. Every day after I get home I run a backup.

I try to help someone deal with their personal problems, I try to share care, but that person refuses my help. So I leave that person be, then I wake up to find a PM from the said person that tells me that I have been ignoring them and doesn't want me to talk them again. That said person has put me on his/hers ignore list. Did I do something wrong ?

Well, first, you need to resize the GIF to 150x150 pixels. Second, you'll need to compress it to something below 150KBs.

 

I usually use this website for on the fly GIF tweaks for avatars and stuff...
