I don't have a problem with people asking questions, but if they would read the comments they would already find an answer!

And you know, I made those videos because I want to help, but when people come along that don't speak english and I cannot understand them, I can't help them and then I feel like an asshole for not helping them...

If you ask me a question in Japanese, I'm not going to feel like an idiot for being unable to speak Japanese. If someone doesn't speak a language, you don't know and you can't help them because of it, that is not your fault. You are not an idiot for not knowing every language. 

 

I understand you wanna help, but you can't help everyone

 

Just reach out to the audience that you can help. And nobody's going to read the comments section before posting a comment. Nobody ever does.

Assessing how good of a person you are or lack thereof should not be based upon what you can and cannot do. You spent time and put effort into making a video to help people out. That makes you the opposite of an asshole. If someone asked you to help him lift something and you had no arms, would you feel bad for not being able to help him for not having that crucial thing you need to be of use?
