I think this is some 13 year old kid who hasn't seen the light of PC gaming. This was on a video on Borderlands 2 being played on a PS Vita and I just commented that the framerate is terrible. That they did pretty well getting a game of that size on hardware that low-end to run at all. But it'd be a much better experience even on a Xbox 360 or a toaster oven. 
 
This kid seems like one of those fanboys who will defend something to the end. 
 
Also, his grammar is horrible.

I'd wait it out unless it's going to be that rough. Who knows what'll happen to prices once the Fury is released? Perhaps you could get something like an R9 290 for dirt cheap since it would be kinda last gen.

At least they're spinning. A few years ago, my old computer was slowly cooked when the fan got caught on a SATA cable. The alarm never went off because the buzzer had apparently been decapitated. I still have no idea what happened to it.

 

Any way, the whole thing was silently melted and when it inevitably exploded I opened the case to see leaked acids and a scolded motherboard. So kids, tie up your SATA cables. When I forgot to do it, my dad's face was a bit like this:
