First off. Autistic isn't an insult. Shouldn't be used as one.

 

 Second off. Everyone always says that. Every single hater I've ever seen calls people "Gay and Autistic." You'd think they'd at least try to come up with something new, but no. They just use the same two "Insults" every single time.
