If you decide to buy it I suggest just picking up the vanilla game without the WOTL expansion. It makes the game quite a decent bit harder, and playing without it first is probably a good idea.

 

 You might not even need to buy it at all. If you end up liking it then Rebirth will probably be out before you're even done with the base game.
