Ponyscape. Basically Inkscape with some features directly catered for ponies...

 

Not sure, (s)he does look more female to me because of the eyelashes.

Okeigh. Anyway, realistically, males also have eyelashes, because otherwise, we'll have the most number of eye infections per individual, with females having the lesser affected thanks to their pretty eyelashes...

The eyelashes are barely noticable, and the muzzle makes it clear he's a male.  Unless it's small then it becomes less clear. 

 

And I'm surprised that they made a program dedicated to drawing ponies. 

 

Or did they just make add-ons to the original program.

Yep, the curved, pointed muzzle is for females.  The square muzzle is for males. 

 

Ok, that seems more realistic.  Just a slight alteration in the codes.
