what they mean by base is sort of a vector, but without the mane,tail, or cute mark. search for group bases on deviantArt and you'll probably come across one you like.

Haha well I wish I could find some base vector versions of the vectors I just showed you Crystal Shimmer, but I guess this one that I just found would be good.

Your art and style seems pretty good! So I thought I stop by and make a requests!

 

The more practice, more you can improve and get better, so this is should actually be great for the both of us!

Mane Style: It's similar to Rainbow Dash's bangs

Mane Colour: Two different streaks of color. Medium brown and a dark jade green.

Tail Style: Like Dash. :3

Tail Colour: Same color pattern as I mentioned.^^

Species: Earth pony

Eye colour: Emerald Green

I'm impressed at how well you captured my OC so well in those poses. Really, I'm amazed!

 

Mind if I suggest some minor tweaks you can do?

 

Maybe try and make his snout a little longer, considering he is a stallion and all.

 

I mean he looks adorable like this too but it would nice if you just changed the snout a little.

 

Maybe make it a little more boxy.

The one on the right can stay blue, and has a pink straightish mane and tail with a blue bow on the ear, (pegasus)

And the one on the left needs to be white with pink freckles and a light pink mane and tail (curly), with a small blue bow on the horn.

As for Pinkie Pie, I'd say you did pretty good. 

 

What I could suggest is as you sketching out the mane, try and make the root of the mane slightly curve a bit more. Like try and make it match the curved outlines of the mare's head. 

 

Sorry if I'm like bugging you here. Lol my OCD just sometimes goes crazy over the little things.
