Hello! I hope I have not selected the wrong category. 

 

First, I am not a brony (wut?)

 

I am a furry and I created an account to get answers from you. Real answers, not some bullshit-fake ones that are answered by trolls : p

 

The Question is : What do you think of the furry fandom?

 

I also ask this question in furry forums about bronies. The answers can be quite different between fandoms!

 

Now please, Be honest, You have the right to tell everything you think.

If you think the furry fandom is retarded, say it. If you think you don't give a shit, say it. If you love it, say it! 

 

Those in the brony fandom who are also furries, please do not answer the question. Thank you

If "Furry" is the name for the fandom memeber who loves anthropomorphic wolves and such, then I hate the Furry Fandom. Mostly because I hate most forms of anthropomorphism, and mammals aren't exactly my most favorite kind of animal. I especially hate it when people use wolves, foxes, and such as their anthropomorphic character, because they are overused.

 

If "Furry" is the name for the fandom member who loves normal mammals, not anthropomorphic ones, then I definitely can appreciate them more than anthropomorphic Furries. But, still, mammals aren't exactly my most favorite kind of animal. I also still hate it when people use wolves, foxes, and such as their character, again because they are overused.

I don't really give a damn about furries XD, they don't bother me in the least. I never liked anthropomorphic stuff, even anthropomorphic ponies, but people have different interests.

i'm not sure if i can call myself a furry or not, i mean i have looked at the furry art before and i found things about it that i liked and didnt like about it. for example that a lot of furries seem to be extremely defensive about the things they like, but then again. so are bronies. also, i would like to ask you a question as well. why are you interested with what an entire fandom things of one subject. because not one brony is the same. even within the fandom there is a lot of things bronies like and not like about mlp. like the intro song of the show, dark and or erotic pictures and fanfictions. all that kind of stuff. 

 

personally i see nothing wrong with furries, but i am getting quite over all the sonic pictures.(donno if that counts as furry)

Like what they may, as long as it is not sexualized. This is my opinion of every fandom.

I've never encountered a furry in my life, but from what I hear they're slightly similar to bronies but more "in there." I don't even know what a furry is a fan of, exactly. Are they just fond of anthropomorphic characters?
