Uploading pictures into blogs not working.

Every time I try using the "upload" button in my blog, I get an error.

 

it says "The server returned an error during upload"

 

I've tried uploading on other parts of the forums and it works fine.It's jsut uploading in a blog that doesn't work.I've even cleared my cache, restarted Chrome.
