Unfortunately, I think the Reapers from Mass Effect would easily kill all the Ponies, unless mary sue is there to help in some alternate universe.

 

Really, if the Ponies have canon level of power the best hope they have is an alliance with sapient aliens like us Humans, along with Krogan and other alien races, and paragon Shepard.

 

What would the ending of Mass Effect be with Ponies involved? Say Alicorn Twilight Sparkle blasted the crucible with the Elements of Harmony? Twilight Sparkle teleported her and Commander Shepard (on her back using her as his mighty steed as he shoots his guns killing Reaper Husks, and a possable romance partner. Hey, xenophilia!) to the beacon in the battle of London against the Reapers.

 

Giving two new endings to Mass Effect 3. Which would you choose?

 

New Ending One: The Reapers die, Shepard lives, the Geth live, and Mass Relays remain intact. 

 

New Ending Two: As same as above but the Reapers are turned pink, redeemed, and don't commit genocide anymore.

i think the ponies would be destroyed easily.

ponies are not a race of war. they have next to no knowledge of war tactics and they don't need them since they are a peacefull species.

the reapers on the other hand are killing machines. they would wipe the ponies out without any effort.

 

and i chose ending 1 by the way. pink reapers are not very realistic XD

Ponies alone? even with all their magic and stuff would be butchered with little effort however backing the council and other sentient races would probably make the war go a little more smoothly, even with such little combat experience magic would be quite a sufficient substitute for medi-gel, as medics and support I think they'd do fine. Except if say a reaper death laser of doom scorched Rarity's mane/tail. She'd probably Solo Harbinger and every other reaper in existence

Maybe a few ponies could survive when other Species are going to help them(Humans, Asari, Turiians...) but still, if the Reapers would invade, many ponies would inevitably die and equestria would still be pretty much devastated.

The ponies standing alone against the Reapers would not end well. Sure, if you have the princesses combine their powers to fight off their forces then it could give them a fighting chance but that wouldn't defeat all of the reapers. The Reapers invading the ponies, without the ponies knowledge of their arrival then the Reapers would still win.

I can see the ponies allying themselves with the Changelings, Discord himself, the griffons, and their human counterparts, along with some alien races. And maybe they can win! But at a high cost.

Well, ponies aren't even an industrial race so the reapers would just ignore them. If they advanced to a point where they had technology on par with other galactic races then I'd give them a fighting chance, same as any other race.
