movies/tv MLP in spring breakers...

So i deiced to watch this movie called spring breakers cause it has Selena Gomez and Vanessa Hudgens in it (disney star) IN a drug and sex movie and I wanted to see how bad it was.... WELL the first seen after the beach is THIS.... AND I'm like WTHECK o.o MLP in this type of movie? like do you have to be wasted or high to WATCH mlp or something? lol pretty cool MLP is going places... but not places like that xD

Now that is pretty weird especially, since it's in a different type of movie instead of something for kids. That's what I call a weird, yet scary reference.

Well I hear a lot of people get high/drunk before watching cartoons or anime.... O_O which is stupid...  I don't understand why people can't enjoy things without being high or drunk YOU CAN have fun without those things.

i partially agree. i mean, i love watching MLP, but if you smoke before watching everything becomes way more hilarious! XD

but on topic: it is indeed weird. kinda makes me want to watch that movie now just to see the MLP in there. what episode are they watching?

I'm not really sure... its kinda hard to see cause its kinda bluured.... I CAN see apple jack kinda well though It looks like they are outside on a mountain or something O_O

Also, yeah, watching nearly anything whilst high or drunk makes it infinitely more entertaining in most cases.

But drugs are bad, don't do drugs.

 

Alcohol on the other hand... is bad, but legal at set ages.. so yeah.. moderation and stuff.

Can't tell if the writers are bronies or they are trying to make bronies look bad.

 

Or it could be totally and 100% coincidence and it just happened to be filmed when that show aired. Distinct possibility.

That just seems so... random. I know they do this sort of thing in a lot of movies where they show a random show or cartoon in the background on a television, but this really does seem like the oddest place for My Little Pony to pop up.

And I do agree this is a rather strange place for the show to crop up... Not exactly the same kind of wholesome entertainment found in the show, is it?

 

Now as for this ongoing drug thing we got going here...

I find that watching a movie or TV show with a buddy who has partaken in a fair amount of the herb beforehand often enhances your viewing experience (not to mention theirs, this only works if they're a fun stoner, though, not one of those downer ones). I remember one time I watched The Big Lebowski with a friend who was absolutely baked and we were rolling the entire film. Now, I am somewhat curious as to what some of the things I watch would be like with some "enhancement", but I myself do not partake and would rather keep it that way.

Well if any of you all watch MLP stoned or high let me know how it is xD... I won't ever try it cause I don't wanna even try drugs >_<... 

 

 

But there was this one movie and the two people made pot brownies and started watching this kid show it was weird...
