OC help

Which Oc looks the best? I personally like the White and black one.

This is my personal favorite, his name is Metal, and he is a DJ,and it's where my name came from.

This is the OC i drew, my girlfriend made the base and i colored in. She might have posted him before. I'm gonna check on her stuff.

I personally love the third one, very unique for his own matter, despite having no cutie mark.

 

I do also like the last one, as it is pretty cool.

The top two are alicorns. Alicorns are supposed to be the pinnacle of rarity as a race and are normally a symbol of royalty, so unless you have a pretty good reason for them being alicorns, I would shy away from them immediately.

 

My personal favourite is the fourth one, looks like a humble and enjoyable character from the outset and he has a very nice colour scheme. His neck is kinda long though

If you want my opinion, let me say that I think the white-and-black one might be liiiiiiiiitle bit too much.

 

There's just so much stuff going on there so it's a little hard to concentrate.

Maybe a few alterations can be made?

 

Otherwise, the last one would be my favorite. I like his coloring.

The last one seems to be pulling me in like a magnet. Oh wait... He has the same manestyle... I like the third one the best. Even though it's a edit of vinyl, it's not 100% copy paste. It has originality. Like his/her tail.

yea, the top one i made when i first joined the fandom i didn't really have much clue on alicorns.

The black and white one is an alicorn because his wings are made of steel. His wings were factory made, and as such he became a prototype for earth ponies to become pegasi.

I made a pixel representation of the last one in minecraft. he's like 180x140. that's his horn to his lowest hoof and his muzzle? to his hind leg.

The fourth one has some potential. If his coat was a bit lighter, and his tail wasn't so weird, he'd be a good original character. Perhaps you could add an accesory to make him stand out a little more, such as a musical instrument or hat?

hmm. okay i'll have to try it, any kind of hat i should stick on him? so that he looks really good? I don't want a fedora xD. how bout a cowboy hat :3

It all depends on what kind of music you want your OC to make or play. His cutie mark implies that he plays or makes music of some sort. For example, if he makes electronic music, he could have some headphones (the big kind, not earbuds.) If he plays the guitar, he could have a tattoo (only a small one somewhere. Don't go overboard. )

he does have a thunderbolt for part of his cm. So maybe he could play something electronic? maybe write guitar solos for metal bands? xD

i should try that, give him a cowboy hat anwyays.  v.v what's so funny about his tail. i really like it. v.v it matches his cm after all.

The third one is easily the most sincere. I'd assume that the third and the fourth are supposed to be the same pony? The fourth is best, in that the mane still resembles your ponymaker one while having a uniqueness in that it's not taken from another pony.

i actually made the third one before i made the fourth one. my grilfriend said "he looks too much like vinyl, let me make you one" i told her to keep to the same type of pony. 

 

 

I actually have another Oc that my girlfriend drwe out of my creative mind. She's mys team account name as wella s my windows live account.
